As an experienced educator and literacy specialist, I have a passion for developing engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learners. Throughout my 15-year tenure as a teacher at the Dr. Emmett W. Bassett School, I gained extensive experience in curriculum development, behavior management, and strategies for struggling students. I am highly skilled in using data collection and analysis to create personalized lesson plans that effectively incorporate technology.In addition to my work as a teacher, I have also served as a Subject Matter Expert at LearningList.com, a Common Core Fellow with the NYCDOE, and a Facilitator at the Westchester Community Opportunity Program.
