About Monique Brown

Monique has been a veterans advocate since 2014. She is passionate about hitting the streets, meeting veterans where they are, and assisting them with getting on the right track. Helping veterans make strides toward personal and professional growth is what keeps her going. Additionally, while Monique was conducting outreach trying to locate homeless veterans, she found there was a gap in services and decided to start a nonprofit organization to fill that gap. FOB Hope is a 501c3 organization that collects and distributes personal care items to homeless veterans in an effort to help them survive on the street until they can get into housing. Socks, sleeping bags, blankets, tents, cold/wet weather gear, and toiletries are collected, stored and distributed when veterans are in need. Monique wants to leave a legacy of service to our Nations Veterans!
