Monique Brown is a motivated and seasoned real estate professional servicing her clients throughout the Orange County area. She has a deep appreciation for the area and extensive knowledge of each diverse neighborhood. She is dedicated to providing the best possible service and works tirelessly to meet her client’s needs. Monique started investing in real estate and became a landlord at a young age. Later, she invested in commercial shopping centers and apartment buildings, which sparked her interest in real estate even more. Monique earned her college degree in Real Estate and started working as an agent, being eager to improve her knowledge, in 2021, she also received her broker licenses for California and Utah. Her passion for Park City and having her second home for many years in Deer Valley inspired her to join Berkshire Hathaway as a Broker Associate to work the Wasatch Back market. She is eager to market mountain vacation homes in the greater Park City area to her many luxury clients in Southern California. In addition to working in Utah, Monique has a thriving real estate business in the Southern California coastal market, closing on many luxury homes on the coast. She worked with First Team Real Estate and Christie International for 5 years before starting her own Real Estate Group as an owner broker. While raising her children and working, Monique took numerous classes and certifications in real estate, software web design, computers, photography, accounting, landscaping, interior design, and fashion design which she utilizes in her real estate career.
