 Interpreted member’s contractual obligations and terms by reading and reviewing financial accounts and contract documents. Sent out copies of clients’ contracts, ordered directories of services/park information, and reordered membership cards. Received and updated client information using data entry techniques. Worked in a computer environment using a PC and Headset. Utilized the Avaya phone system and Digital-Rez systems to arrange and book reservations online. Utilized Microsoft Office 360 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher. Obtained revenue for the company by booking reservations for outside sales of corporate resorts and retail clients, suggesting Upgrade Referrals for current members’ benefits. Received employee of the month September 2010, March 2011, December 2011, and March 2012, February 2015, March 2015.  Opened and closed computer laboratory and other satellite locations for courses and tutorials.  Ensured supplies are available for students and reorder inventory as needed.  Monitoring of students in the laboratory, assisting with any concerns or coursework as needed.  Responsible for recording monthly and quarterly meetings between the Housing Authority residents and the Biloxi Housing Staff.  Created flyers, coordinated events, and gave assistance to those seeking higher learning about computer services given by the BHA.  Coordinating and scheduling consultants of computer services programs (Ex: New Horizons Computer Consulting Group).
