I am a data-driven and solution-oriented lead scientist at Booz Allen with a passion for using mathematics and statistics to solve complex and real-world problems. I have over five years of experience in applying data analytics and predictive modeling techniques to various domains in military health, operational psychology, and public health. I have supported the Defense Health Agency, Uniformed Services University, the United States Marines Corps, Naval Research Lab, and the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute Office with a variety of quantitative and qualitative analyses, capabilities-based assessments, business case analyses, evaluations of test psychometrics, and determining predictive relationships with training outcomes. I have also supported the DoD Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and NASA's Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity in implementing strategic plans in accordance with EO 14035 and determining trends for workforce demographics.I have received several awards and scholarships for my academic excellence and research contributions, such as the Blazer Research Fellowship (UAB), Outstanding Undergraduate Award (UWF), National Defense Industrial Association Teacher Scholarship (UWF), Hal Marcus College of Engineering Graduate Merit Scholarship (UWF), and the Woman of Service Award (Junior League). I also have a passion for teaching and mentoring. I have taught college courses in statistics and mathematics, and I have been a teacher at an alternative high school for girls where I implemented a GED program. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others and helping them achieve their goals.I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
