 Responsible for Performance Management of 3G,4G,5G RF-KPIs Post Huawei to Nokia Swapping in the Project. Responsible to manage various 3G,4G,5G-RF KPIs of Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility Class which includes (RRC Setup success rate, ERAB Setup Success rate, IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement & Drop calls etc.) Responsible for analyzing Pre-Post KPI performance checking Provide 3G cross feeder report using QGIS Designing & Implementing new Custom made KPI’s and reports as per customer requirement Optimizing sites to reduce drops, improving the IRAT Handover Neighbours list analysis Defining Neighbour / Handover parameters. Generate timely and accurate MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the Customer MIS reporting by using MS Excel at Operational and Client level Familiar with excel features like Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, Conditional Formatting, , Hyperlink Expertise in working with Windows & MS office Tools (Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) Interested in Excel VBA, basic Knowledge of recording VB code and developing excel macro Expertise in Excel calculations and functions like VLOOKUP, SUBTOTAL, SUM, SUMIF, IFERROR etc

 Mainly the work is on 4G intercity line of Reliance network. This project is taken from Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. Fiber, FTTX, ENT Alarm Monitoring Prepared outage report , Rise planned activity schedule ,Raise manual tickets Cable termination Standardization of O&M procedures & documentation Material count and daily report management Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data. Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis. Interacting with top level management directly through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation (Email) Updating attendance dashboard and sending to Top Level Management. Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the management requirements cost and schedule. Excellent in MS Excel ( Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & PivotTable Chart, Charts) Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime Making Advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports  Collecting the Usage of material from Field Supervisor and Sent to mail regarding SAP updation Ensure uptime and customer SLA as per the agreed target. Performing troubleshooting fault identification and resolution of critical and escalated cases. Timely Escalating crossed Tickets which are crossed SLA. Escalating to Top Level Managers To continuously engage different internal and external teams to provide timely resolutions to the problem Work towards achieving customer SLA and network SLA Review, assess and act upon customer requests and incident tickets created
