Education App Launching:- Worked to make launching education single sign on (SSO) applications easier through their classroom context. Partnered with an existing app launching team to support teacher-curated applications for use in classwork.- Added pagination support to the application retrieval APIs to increase app support from hundreds to thousands.- Helped modernize a legacy codebase through the introduction of nullability annotations, modern SDKs for calling standard services, and refactors across the codebase to improve readability as well as code reuse.School Data Sync:- Developed a new outbound synchronization pipeline for synchronizing millions of users, classes, and other education entities in Student Information Systems into Azure Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory).- Organized a team-wide, 30 person, bug bash initiative to ensure features released on vNext School Data Sync are robust and error free. Caught over 100 bugs from the team-wide effort before releasing the feature to production.- Improved monitoring through the introduction of a service statistics collection utility as well as an on-call support bot.
