In my previous role as a Senior Analyst at Pitcher Partners, I worked with the Motor industry services team to provide buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory services for the automotive industry. I conducted financial and operational due diligence, developed acquisition strategies, and created information memorandums for clients looking to sell. I also performed 3-way financial modelling to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential deals.I am a Chartered Accountant who completed my training contract with KPMG Dublin, where I worked as an Audit Associate for the CHEC (Communication, Healthcare, Energy and Construction) department. I gained exposure to a variety of industries, such as aviation, software, media, property, and healthcare, and led teams of up to 8 members as the senior in-charge. I relocated to Sydney in June 2023 after passing my CA exams, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to the corporate finance / advisory world. I have a keen interest in M&A and financial analysis, and I enjoy working with data and numbers to solve complex problems and deliver value to clients.
