 Oversee leasing team for rehab and ground-up fashion shopping centers Acquire leading regional and national tenants from retail, restaurant, and entertainment industries Manage client relations from lease negotiations through store opening  Create lease plans for new and existing properties  Develop void analysis for leasing opportunities and target categories Consult on marketing material value and propose marketing plans
