Talent Program Manager
Current- Responsible for supporting the delivery of Talent and/or Learning solutions and frameworks, using advanced capabilities in this space to support the development of appropriate strategies and methodologies, measuring performance, driving solutions and projects, understanding and responding to business needs and applying best practices and past experiences.- Drives the development of talent and learning strategies and methodologies that support functional and business strategies, developing, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics.- Leads the delivery of talent development solutions, projects and programs by assessing business value, conducting needs analysis and providing input to work plan creation, creating project documentation and ensuring accurate demand management and financial management.- Establishes technology infrastructure and a framework for competency programs and assessment, if applicable, providing coaching, mentoring and refresher materials to instructors and learning advisors/managers.- Develops productive relationships across the organization to define and resolve workplace performance challenges and gaps, facilitating discovery and design, and translating needs into actionable learning solutions. - Contributes to a continuous improvement culture, tracking and incorporating advances in learning theory, design/delivery methods and industry best practices, and providing informal mentoring/coaching with more junior members of the team.
