-Project manager for the Kaweah Subbasin's Central Valley Salinity Alternatives for Long Term Sustainability (CV-SALTS) Management Zone ("Kaweah Water Foundation"), responsible for facilitating the required "Early Action Plan" development to provide safe drinking water to communities impacted by nitrate contaminated groundwater.-Develop, negotiate, and oversee logistics workflows of the Kaweah Water Foundation's replacement drinking water program, delivering safe drinking water to over 100 households in Tulare County.-Translate regulatory requirements, advocate for regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP) and CV-SALTS for five grower coalitions, representing thousands of individual growers in Kern, Tulare, and Kings Counties.-Collaborate with local agricultural stakeholders, environmental justice representatives, hydrogeologists, engineers, and lawyers to develop two Groundwater Sustainability Plans in response to California’s historic Sustainable Groundwater Management Act-Key client contact and project manager developing action plans for agricultural clients to prepare for upcoming changes to California water policy.-Facilitate mutually beneficial water transfers between California water agencies and acquire regulatory permits for successful water transfers and delivery.
