Sold and leased new and used cars to incoming clientele, after 9/11 I transitioned to a reception position. As a receptionist I answered a multi line phone system, directed the calls in a timely manner, processed imputed and completed temporary registrations for all cars sold. I was then promoted to the office runner. As an office runner I transported critical documents to county offices as well as sales contracts to the appropriate lenders. I was also in charge of the basic supervision of the reception staff, completing sales reports for the General Sales Manager and created schedules for the new car sales staff.

Completed a training course in new car sales, was licensed and bonded as a sales person allowing me to sell and lease new cars to incoming clientele.
