Program Manager/Senior Program Analyst - As the Bowhead on-site Program Manager, served as the working level primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representative on program/project and contract administration issues for all task order efforts. Integrated the team's support for the PMA-268 core functions, including: technology maturation/shipboard interface, financial management, acquisition management, systems engineering management, test and evaluation support, analysis of alternatives, supportability, government furnished equipment/information management, risk management, configuration & data management, cybersecurity, security, and office administration. Directly responsible for coordination with the Navy Unmanned Carrier Aviation program team and external agencies regarding acquisition planning and documentation. - Provided direct support to PMA-268 senior leadership for briefings, documentation, liaison and research as well as provides inputs to budget drills to support acquisition and budgeting data for ASN, OPNAV and OSD decision requirements - Organized, directed, and coordinated daily activities and production of reports and other required documents for presentation to Congressional, Department of Defense, or Navy Leadership - Provided input and support as required to the PMA-268 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) as well as supporting the program's functional leaders across IPTs, and to senior program leadership

Bowhead Program Manager on a $42 million-dollar program management, acquisition and administrative contracting effort; providing 40 man-years of support to include management of personnel from four sub-contractors. - Managed the development, tracking, and analysis of technical, cost, schedule, and risk information critical to project planning and execution and direct business, financial, and personnel management activities for 40 direct and 15 sub-contracted employees on a multimillion dollar acquisition management contract. - Worked closely with the Government Task Order Manager to ensure the highest level of support provided by the Bowhead Team. Was the primary interface and point of contact with the PMA-275 Program Manager/Deputy Program, Level’s I & II IPT Leads and all Functional Leads across the program office on technical and program/project issues including cost, schedule, and risk. - Responsible for all areas of personnel and staffing. In addition to role as program manager; served as the PMA-275 Program Office Operations Manager, organized, directed, and coordinated daily activities and production of reports and other required products in support of PMA-275 Leadership. - Directly supported PMA-275 leadership in developing briefings and documentation and conducting liaison and research. Also provided input to budget drills in support of acquisition and budgeting data calls and inquiries.

PMA-275 Risk Manager - Led the PMA-275 V-22 Risk Team and assisted in the development, maintenance and communication of the V-22 Program Manager's risk management policies and procedures and served as a point of contact for questions concerning these policies and procedures. - Analyzed manufacturing schedules and production status supplied by aircraft manufacturing firms, for pertinent information in the realm of quality and risk management. - Monitored progress of risk management/mitigation and informed program managers and IPT leads of potential setbacks detrimental to program success in technology, scheduling, or cost arenas. - Developed and maintained the overall V-22 Program Level Risks/Issues and prepared risk slides and cubes with the program level risks for any and all Top level meetings and briefs. - Responsible for supervising and staffing the risk team to include subcontractors.
