I am a higher educational professional and scholar with two decades of experience as a teacher, public speaker, author, and administrator. Besides the many years of designing courses and teaching classes, I have also been intensely focused on organizational review and change, curriculum renovation, and learning theory. As an academic dean, I built a great administrative support team, led our graduate school through significant transitions, built and maintained institutional partnerships, and promoted new learning options. In the last few years I have begun partnering with learning and performance experts in the corporate world, where I have been refreshed by the emphasis on collaboration and creative problem solving.
