Promoted to Testing Application Manager as part of the creation of Vail’s Test & Learn analytics team. Provided project management for marketing tests across business units and marketing channels including email, paid media, and owned websites. Established and maintained data streams from multiple sources to Mastercard’s Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) to power analysis in their statistical testing software. Also, as part of a new team led testing and process trainings to help the institutionalization of the Test & Learn analytics team and testing best practices.

Created and analyzed weekly Tableau reports for the Vail Resorts Media team across all brands and five digital channels: Display, Video, Native, Social, and Paid Search. Generated this holistic reporting by combining multiple data sets from ad servers and vendors in Alteryx, a data blending software. Also, contributed to the Media team’s data-driven strategy by providing customer segmentation through LiveRamp, the team’s CRM onboarding partner.

Oversaw a team of three analysts providing analytics services across Chase card, retail, and corporate lines of business. Services included measurement planning, media performance reporting, and optimization recommendations to clients and internally to the Strategy, Media, Creative, and Programmatic teams.

While staffed to the General Mills account, analytics daily lead for several major brands including Yoplait, Cheerios, Nature Valley, Fruit Snacks (Gushers, etc...). While staffed to the Chase account, media analytics daily lead for the Chase affluent cards and retail products. Provided impact measurement planning, media performance reporting, and advertising optimization recommendations to the Strategy, Media, and Creative teams internally and to the client.

Leader for data integrity and database management while staffed on the General Mills account. Used business intelligence tools (i.e. QlikView Business Intelligence) to develop dashboards with data streams from the Publicis Global Analytics Centre database on over 40 different brands. Provided regular reporting on media performance and delivery to both the client and internally to the Strategy and Media teams.

Trainee program consisted of two departmental rotations working under a mentor: 1. Media Buying - National Broadcast for Boston Beer, H&M, Delta, Puma, and Hallmark and worked with the buying team on all major networks and cable networks; 2. Digital Analytics for Georgia-Pacific, Sonic, Nestle, and General Mills. Selected to join the Digital Analytics team Full Time at the end of the program.

Helped purchase media for several campaigns including MasterCard Easy Savings and Get Loot. Also worked and advised on the new and successful Priceless Cities campaign, specifically Priceless New York. Advised on the creation of the international marketing training program for employees and the introduction of the Google Wallet.

Helped organize the successful 2010 tour of The Prices including the Bamboozle Roadshow. Maintained relationships with clients and JDMI roster. Performed regular clerical duties and worked on the interior design of the new office.
