Executed all duties related to the development of an office, retail and hotel complex comprised of 95,000 sq/m up to construction tender . Managed groups of architects and project managers to identify a way to redesign project within the existing permits. Created comprehensive leasing proposals for three major tenants. Directed the activities of numerous project managers performing mine stabilization as a precursor to construction initiation.
