Develop and successfully implement the new Brand for BSF, a new product line focused in Tier 1 customers and a customer experience program to engage customers, provide solutions to industries. Developed the Marketing & Commercial team into the most customer centric, agile team in warehousing sector in Chile

Created a platform to improve the cost structure of public warehouse. Successfully renegotiated 3 customer contracts accounting for 80% of public warehouse loss. Project engineered the development of the entire operational infrastructure in new bids. Incorporated global and local customers for the IMO warehouse reducing the vacancy from 45% to 4%. New revenue of $1.4M (14% increase) during 2018 - 2019.
