Master Planning.- Plan and organize production of moulded components.- Secure a stable and effective flow of goods to the processing departments (decoration and assembling).- Secure the right components are available in right qty and time for the finish goods packing plants. - Identify potential bottlenecks on moulds and machines, and proactive solve these.- Optimize production planning to minimize number of cost heavy mould changes and color changes.

Sourcing and procurement.- Responsible for sourcing and purchase of electronical components and mechanics used for development projects in an R&D center, which develop uninterruptible power supplies systems (UPS).- International negotiation and purchase of electronic components and mechanics.- Sourcing of new suppliers in primarily Denmark, China, Philippines and India.
