As the Kansas Executive Director, I led a field distribution team of 340 Agency Managers and 9 District Managers. Our Team was recognized for outstanding premium growth, profitability, as well as exceptional distribution performance. As the Executive Director, I was awarded the honor of being invited as one of top State Directors to Farmers Championship Achievement awards event in Florida.
