- Organizing events, trips and social events.- Communication with all external and internal entities.- Handling all customers’ requests and complains.- Handle all club commercial deals.

Responsible for the overall performance of the unit including sales targets, training quality and delivery and business development.

 Responsible for obtaining profitable results through managing the sales team, and the recruitment team and ensure respective productivity Selling to key accounts, handling objection and proposing solutions though consultative selling. Develop and coach the sales team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. Responsible for managing the sales team activity, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout Egypt
