Current• Load control to A320 aircrafts.• To supervise checking-in all passengers. Boarding Pass & Baggage Tagging Passenger Manifests & Seat Allocation Assigning.• To supervise the Pre-Editing, Pre-Seating or seat assigning and blocking for every flight.• Supervise Documents – Visa Check.• Assure adding and sending messages for special passengers (INAD, PRM, SPML, Etc.). And assure serving, seating and dealing with them in the right way on the counters.• Assure the passengers services and satisfaction.• Solve problems for passengers, and supervise the activities during crisis.• Supervise on the gates procedures.• Supervise on Ramp procedures and activities.• Help the crew, and receive or give documents needed.• Immigration supervisor agent, lost luggage “L.L.” supervisor agent.• Working professionally on (MACs, SITA, Local and Amadeus DCS).
