In this role, I was promoted to Site Leader for Collins Aerospace overseeing 180+ employees across the business, including international trip support and software solutions. Key accomplishments:▪ I created a customer service model consisting of four pillars of excellence for the tactical team to meet and exceed customer expectations, which improved root cause analysis when escapes occurred and provided measures to manage stronger accountability.▪ My efforts above improved customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), resulting in increased customer loyalty. ▪ I developed a new vendor management program addressing service and cost issues, which allowed for in-depth structured analysis of vendor costs to pinpoint critical negotiations, resulting in potential savings of over $1M.

In this role, I led the operational strategy in business development, P&L management, and technical sales for the organization. I managed six direct reports and 120 team members supporting flight operation services. Key accomplishments:▪ I expanded business execution in customer service and vendor management, pricing, compliance, regulatory acumen, pursuit order capture, and business negotiations, resulting in an annual sales increase of $5M.▪ I improved vendor selection based on enhanced RFQ/RFP processes driving higher quality vendors.▪ I developed working solutions with vendors to meet compliance requirements and maintained strong commitments to customer support.

In this role, I was the liaison and shift leader for the global operations center and customer business aviation missions worldwide. Key accomplishments:▪ I engaged in strategic planning initiatives, reducing disruptions to flight operations.▪ I created enhanced operational procedures which increased operational efficiency.▪ I improved the tactical, real-time customer support of international missions through improved situational awareness and prioritization of tasking.
