Deprovision legacy hardware using DoD 5220.22-M ECE and get certified destruction when necessary.Implemented Zendesk as a new ticketing system, featuring automated assignments and forms per department. Configured and deployed MDM tools, Intune and Addigy, for Windows and MacOS devices, respectively. Completed new antivirus rollout that was automated using MDM tools for a seamless transition. Configured and strengthened office networks with new SonicWall NSAs and Meraki Switches, with network segmentation, to hold up to ISO27001 pen test standards. Assisted with, and completed rounds of ISO27001 and SOC2 audits. Implemented Office 365 ATP and DMARC records to strengthen email security.
