BlueLine Rental was the 8th largest equipment rental company in North America, serving over 50,000 customers in the construction and industrial sectors, before being sold to United Rentals. At the end of my 14+ year career with the company, I was the Program Director overseeing most of the company’s digital applications, including the e-commerce website, customer dashboard, the iOS and Android mobile applications, the employee apps for sales metrics and ordering branded merchandise, the custom dashboard for processing online orders, and the cloud-based intranet platform.I was selected for this high-profile role following multiple, performance-based promotions. I also previously held positions as Sales Technology Product Manager (2012-2016), Mobile Applications Manager (2009-2012), Project Manager (2008-2009), Branch Manager (2008), and Franchise System Support Specialist (2004-2008). *BlueLine Rental existed as "Volvo Rents" prior to 2014 when the company was sold to a Private Equity firm.

As the Product Manager, I led the initiative to build and continually enhance the company’s first internal mobile application which achieved 97% adoption rate by the 300+ member sales team and 92% of executives. I also managed the organization’s CRM (Salesforce), including the nation-wide rollout, training, analytics, enhancements and administrative duties. I also built, designed and maintained the company’s internal e-commerce website for purchasing branded merchandise, worked with VP’s, managers and sales reps to identify their data reporting needs and facilitated the development of analytic dashboards that were accessible on multiple reporting platforms.
