  - Promoted from Supervisor to Assistant GM within 9 months, moving from the Longmont store to the Aurora store.- Responsible for all retail operations alongside the GM for a team of 16 people including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, vendor management, and inventory management.- Streamlined the stores opening, closing, and financial operations by providing detailed SOP documentation and training to the Supervisors that did not initially receive such training.- Responsible for managing Metrc and Dutchie POS/Backoffice for all inventory related duties including over/unders, samples, deliveries, audits, and negative packages.- Assist with the building and execution of weekly KPI reports to make sure team members knew where they stood in relation to company expectations; this includes average ticket, average cart size, net sales, and average discount percentages.- Run and condense sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in order to stay on top of market trends and retain a strong customer base.- Responsible for working with the GM, alongside HR, to uphold company policies by documenting any instances that may lead to disciplinary action.- Daily use of Alpine IQ for managing customer loyalty accounts.- Utilize Canva for custom store menus, promotional material, and other marketing related communication.- Regularly speaking and working with District and upper management to efficiently communicate promotions, flash sales, store-specific deals, and all other marketing related information to the rest of the team.- Experience covering other stores during management exits while the company searched for replacements to keep locations up and running.
