# Reduced the lab footprint by increasing the utilization of testbeds for both AireOS and Polaris Projects. Consolidated and reused Testbed for AireOS and 9800 Testbed. Worked with Switch and Access Point Team on Interop, identified test gap, and added test coverage for AP Platform testing.# Design Testbed with Multiple Switch Chipset and Multiple AP Chipset for Exhaustive coverage of AP and Switch Matrix. Efficiently stabilized test areas (DFS, MGIG, PoE, Regulatory Domain, WIPS, and Performance Testing).# Led and effectively influenced a team of 10 during the pandemic, successfully addressing a challenging situation involving a prolonged window between releases with many costly bugs being reported from customers.o Led team to conduct an in-depth analysis of Customer bugs from the field to pinpoint origin of bugs.o Immediately addressed test gap by identifying issue and pinpointing place to test and catch bugs internally before they became costly bugs found in the field by customers.o As a result, the team was able to plug the test gap and improve bug yield in all subsequent releases.
