Main but not limited responsibilities:• Taking part and managing in designing of buildings in 10 industrial construction projects in the oil refining industry with an average budget of $ 195 million• Assessment of potential risks of projects and analysis of construction costs, monitoring the timeliness of submissions in order to ensure preventing of work delaying• Implementation of technical supervision of construction at the facility to verify the volume and quality of work• Budget management, including project resource and planning management in order to reduce production costs• Surveys, research participation, analysis of results, construction planning and engineering study• Complying with construction standards, health & safety requirements, providing technical assistance to team on construction-related issues • Leading and training the team of 3 junior engineers to take over similar projects and increase the volume of company projects• Communication with contractors, architects, external agencies for the current and future projectsMain Achievements:• Reduced over 34% of the project cost upon erecting of reinforcing concrete structures for pumping equipment using AutoCAD and modern kind of foundations• Successfully completed the investment project of connecting the Hydro Cleaning Plant No. 2 to plant-wide communications with reducing in the construction budget more than 30%• Found two design flaws in an ongoing project that prevented a catastrophic failure• Completed construction and commissioned a hydrogen production unit in 2019, that increased production of more than 5,000 Nm3 / h of hydrogen• Successfully in the shortest possible time carried out modernization of a diesel fuel production unit in 2018 at the largest refinery of Belarus, that increased production by 25%

Main but not limited responsibilities:• Erecting of concrete and metal structures, landscaping and finishing works as a general contractor with the observance of the international ISO standards• Managing more than 25 members of the construction team • Interaction with various specialists, including architects and subcontractors• Health & Safety and Near Miss Reports with timely and sustainable project management to reduce construction delays and breakdowns• Directing engineering activity, conducting detailed work with documentation, drawings, projects, and cost estimates of all engineering work at construction sitesMain Achievements:• Managed 7 industrial construction projects in the oil refining industry and civil engineering with an average budget of $ 63 million• Executed all the works on the reconstruction of the sports complex with more than 8% ahead of the construction schedule within a budget• Led the local construction works on the sponsored farm with the reconstruction of residential buildings, strengthening of the foundations, and reconstruction of old and construction of new structures for farming and other basic services helped 114 residents. Reduced construction budget by 16%• In 2016, I performed really serious engineering work on the reconstruction of the sports complex, the replacement of supporting elements, and a restoration of reinforced concrete in the part under the pool basin using advanced technologies in the field of construction (Increased bearing capacity by more than 18% and the service life for 20 years)
