At my core, I am a bridge builder for leaders who are on the move - leaders who are motivated to be better and do better, who want to build healthy teams and culture, who want to thrive at work and at home. I facilitate this primarily through speaking, coaching, and facilitating.As a member of senior leadership teams, my mission has been to help clarify vision and strategy, cultivate healthy team culture, and develop strong leaders. I am also passionate about resourcing organizations and leaders called to multicultural and multiethnic engagement, helping them embrace and empower diverse teams.For over 20 years, I've served and equipped the local church and its leaders. My background spans various denominations, cultures, church sizes, and settings. As a worship pastor, I've loved creating worship environments that are intentional, engaging, and Spirit-empowered.I love bringing all of this to my role as Vice President of Slingshot’s Worship & Creative Arts division, leading a stellar team serving churches and leaders around the country in the ministry areas of Worship, Production, and Digital/Communications.My wife Lauren and I live just north of Dallas, Texas. We have two great kids (five, if you count our two dogs and one cat, as I do). You will likely find me with a notebook and a good cup of coffee nearby.
