Como Head de Tecnologia da Huia sou responsável por:- Atuação junto das frentes comerciais desenhando soluções de projetos e defendendo ideias e projetos junto aos clientes.- Acompanhamento técnico do time de desenvolvedores e líderes.- Acompanhamento da qualidade dos projetos promovendo técnicas e conhecimentos sobre automação de testes, testes unitários e ferramentas para a sua automação (selenium , seleniumgrid, datadog).- Treinamento do time de DevOps em cloud AWS. - Desenho e execução de arquitetura de serviços de infraestrutura AWS para projetos alta complexidade e alta disponibilidade.- Definição de budget da área e acompanhamento/criação de incentivos financeiros afim de promover redução do turn-over e aumento do engajamento do time.- Seleção de desenvolvedores e avaliação técnica para os diversos perfis (Jr, Pleno, Sênior e Líder Técnico)

As a project manager at W3haus i was responsible to lead a team of developers, ux designers & copywriters to create a digital plataform to a new brand called Eudora.

During my first two years at CWI Software, I worked as C# developer. After that I started to lead the web development team for RBS (one of the country's major broadcasters). During that time we developed Pense Imóveis and Pense Carros, two huge projects that included the launch of a new brand, new website, new platform integration solutions for real state agents, improvements in the back-off system and new online magazine.
