Responsible for coordinating efforts of a multi-disciplinary team collaboration (engineering, geoscience, drilling, midstream, land, and regulatory) to ensure the development plan was delivered as promised. Communicating the management teams’ expectations for performance to the development team and communicating team issues and needs to management. Ensuring the development schedule tracking documents were updated and reflective of obstacles or changes affecting the current development plan and various appraisal drilling success cases. Integrating reservoir engineering data with analysis supplied by geologists, geophysicists, completion engineers, and production specialists, to provide holistic post completion well performance analyses. Recommending data acquisition programs and analyzing results to reduce uncertainty related to business plan assumptions.
