Senior Software Developer -Lead architectural discussions for implementing Single Sign On technologies to integrate our products and allow integration with customer SSO systems. -Worked on building a multi customer, multi server, multi-lingual, web based application to allow customers to reduce their total telecom spend. The product also needed to be installable in both a hosted role and an onsite licensed role. -Integrated two products after a merger so that they could have a single logon process and user interface. The systems were in Java/JSP and Microsoft technologies. -Created a VOIP analysis prototype for a tradeshow to allow marketing and sales to demonstrate a future product to calculate VOIP bandwidth from tradition calling details. -Created order management systems and SLA/SLO management tools. -Developed a web based import/export tool that allowed data mapping, transformations by the user and supported the use of third party and open source tools behind the web application. -Provided technical direction on all projects. -Produced functional and design specification for new products. -Provided review and approval of designs and recommended design alternatives. -Helped develop rapid application development tools and standards. -Provided high level of technical support to other business areas including customer support and sales engineers. -Provided quality assurance reviews and evaluations of new and existing software products.
