When my role expanded to incorporate our field facing labour force in retail, I became responsible for managing a multi-million budget each year to lead, manage and motivate a field force of 100+ territory managers, brand ambassadors and evangelists to deliver on the above mission statement - and deliver growth against hard sales targets for the company in Premium PC space and basket attach.Whilst in this role, our field labour and advocacy program has delivered a proven ASP increase of $140 per device in stores we touch, with incremental revenue of more than $15m PA delivered to our partners and stakeholders thru an 8% increase on average in the number of premium devices sold per store. Key Achievements: • Increased ASP in labour covered stores thru an 8% uplift on Premium devices sold in those outlets.• Developed and implemented a program for field labour induction and development, resulting in a 90% completion to a 201 (advanced) standard.• Collaboration with Education, Commercial and other key divisional stakeholders to plan and execute partner facing ‘Experience Nights’ that incorporated all facets of the Microsoft story.• Restructured our existing labour program to reduce costs whilst maintaining coverage by in FY16/17.
