Dave created HeartSmart which has been quickly adopted by around 500 elementary/primary schools around the world to build a healthy school climate. It equips teachers with a fun tool to help children grow in emotional health and character while developing a kind internal dialogue. He created this in Media City and a primary school in North England in 2016 and surrounded himself with experts in the field and of course, children. He used his background in training teachers in emotional intelligence, combined with years of media production and a decade of working with children in schools, communities and churches to develop this fresh and engaging product that is taking the SEL world by storm.
