I have a diploma in building and construction management, and I am a certified NDIS specialist support coordinator for clients with complex needs.My core competencies include staffing, safety, finance, and business operations, as well as developing and implementing new initiatives and projects, such as the SDA development, which aims to provide accessible and affordable housing for people with disabilities. I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of Home Caring Footscray, managing a team of over 100 staffs and a portfolio of over 200 clients.
