As the Director of Global Support Services, I oversee the delivery of high-quality technical support for our customers and partners who use our solutions with Milestone XProtect solutions. I work closely with the ORBNET Systems team to ensure that our support services are aligned with out clients business needs and expectations. I also manage the training and development of our support staff, as well as the implementation of best practices and standards for customer satisfaction.

Working as a Support Specialist for ORBNET Systems my role will include;- New ORBNET plug-in testing (Software and Hardware) for Milestone XProtect- Integrated System Support- Milestone XProtect System Design and Commissioning- Professional Services for Milestone XProtect systems via system integrators - System Integrator support for Milestone XProtect systemsORBNET Systems are a UK based security system software company focused on video surveillance and custom software development.
