Assisting on Lean Project for internal work flow process improvement

Riyadh Metro Project • Managing a team of 10 people responsible for Design of Park and Ride structures• Involved in trend forecasting and predicting bottlenecks for construction and design team during Initial stages of projects• Responsible for coordination with the AECOM, Almabani and Siemens to carry out constructability and clash check reviews.• Recognized for improvising and creating a new sequential work plan for engineering, inspired from manufacturing process planning, to reduce errors and rework.

Reliance Jamnagar Refinery Extension Project • Responsible for coordination between Civil Design Team and various other department including Construction, Plant Design, Mechanical and Control Sysmtem .• Responsible for technical bid evaluation from vendor to adhere to client requirements.• Led the team of 6 people to deliver design of critical structures (Pipe Rack) of a Power Plant effectively avoiding rework due to changes on project. • Built a repository of learning from previous projects to ensure avoidance of similar hurdles that is proving useful to engineering teams.

Muscat International Airport Project, Muscat Oman• Worked on International Assignment at project site working in close coordination with Feild Engineering Team of ENKA and BEC.• Led the design team of architects to resolve mechanical and structural coordination issues that cropped on site at various intervals

Panda Temple and Sherman Power Project Texas• Worked in Conjunction with Bechtel Fedrick and Seimens Engineering Team• Led a team of two engineer and four designers to complete design of HRSG area foundation and De- aerator steel structure.• Removed bottleneck for construction phase by continuously carrying out constructability and clash check reviews.• Issued drawing for construction ahead of schedule that led to savings of 300 man-hours ($200,000 approx.). • Awarded Leader R+(Internal Bechtel Recognition) by Project Manager for delivering quality product ahead of schedule

Muscat International Airport Project, Muscat Oman• Carried out structural design for two levels of PTB including beams, slab, shear walls, corbels, embedded connections etc.• Involved in coordination with architect, client engineer and construction team to address issues due to changing requirements.• Led the team of 4 designers to optimize rebar for two zones of PTB cutting down by 4% using cost effective design. • Led the design team of architects to resolve mechanical and structural coordination issues that cropped on site at various intervals with the joint venture partners like ENKA, BEB and Client Engineer(Cowi Larson Joint Venture).
