As the Director of Training and Certification, I maintain the spirit, philosophy, and functioning integrity of the Learn to Start program in all of its locations. I am the trainer, mentor, and support for LTS Instructors. I serve as a mentor and network touchpoint for LTS students and I lead the certification process. I design, conduct, and host The Story in Motion podcast. I am an outward-facing ambassador for the LTS program for all of our clients.
