I have secured a breadth of experience in applied sport science, spanning sport science support, academic research and higher education teaching. Principally, the application of sport and performance physiology to team sports and individual athletes is an area that I have become actively involved with, working with a range of sports, including Football, Rugby Union, Field Hockey and Endurance Running.My education has so far comprised of a MSc (Res) and BA (Hons) in the field of sport and exercise sciences at Durham University, specialising in the discipline of Sport and Exercise Physiology. I also hold Associate Fellowship (AFHEA) of Advance HE.I’m currently working in an applied role whilst undertaking doctoral studies in the field of Sports Physiology and Performance supporting the evaluation, monitoring and enhancement of physical performance in academy football.
