As COO I have built a good relationship between Nestle Lanka PLC and Waguruwela Oil Mills (Pvt) Ltd currently producing and supplying more than 30 Metric tons of coconut milk per day to the Nestle. Designed and Constructed new office complex to the company and requited the key staff and streamlined the process of finance, purchasing, production, quality assurance New Product Development (NPD) and human resource management. Initiated the supply of coconut milk for leading Supermarket chains in Germany, Austria, Australia. And Created links and started the business with largest trades, and privet label owners in German, USA, Australia, UK, Japan and Canada. Designed and built the production Plant of Virgin Coconut Oil, coconut milk, coconut flour, low fat dc Equip the new factory with BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 system certificates and USDA(NOP), EU(BIO), JAS and Korean Organic Certificate along with other social certificates such as Kosher. Company representative for the world leading exhibitions in countries such as Germany, France, Dubai, China, India and Brazil to Identify opportunities, to research new product possibilities, etc.

Operation management, marketing and communication, managing 25 staff team and more than 250 workers in the plant, plant expansion and redesigning, quality assurance, product development and advertising were the key responsibilities.
