During my 21 years Military service I have been fortunate enough to have built up a skill set that covers a vast area of aviation qualities, for example I was a Combat Mini Fixed Wing UAS Operator, Commander and Regimental Instructor who was responsible for training, development of currency programmes and simulations. I hold human factors instructors qualifications that can be utilised in other industries not just aviation.As my career progressed I became a line manager for 30 employees dealing with the individual’s workflow on a day to day basis, organising leave plans and dealing with compassionate cases. I have worked all over the world, with different nationalities and pride myself on being a firm but understanding line manager.Transition in to civilian life for me is just another challenge that I am really looking forward to, I have so many transferable skills that I will utilise  in order to push myself to the top in whatever line of work I progress into.
