• Build, develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for Turnarounds ranging from 10M to 200M+
• Manage planning and scheduling from work list development to post project review (includes work list management, schedule duration, critical path management, milestone compliance and creating progress reports)
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of resource assignments and validate through leveling analysis and resource histograms
• Generate event-level reporting (overall critical path, look-ahead, negative float, and priorities)
• Identify and optimize all critical and sub-critical paths for event
• Measure and analyze progress performance and forecast, and identify productivity issues and resolutions
