• Build, develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for Turnarounds ranging from 10M to 200M+• Manage planning and scheduling from work list development to post project review (includes work list management, schedule duration, critical path management, milestone compliance and creating progress reports)• Ensure accuracy and integrity of resource assignments and validate through leveling analysis and resource histograms• Generate event-level reporting (overall critical path, look-ahead, negative float, and priorities)• Identify and optimize all critical and sub-critical paths for event• Measure and analyze progress performance and forecast, and identify productivity issues and resolutions• Validate turnaround / event duration based on schedule analysis, potential risks, and anticipated contingency for any possible delays• Identify and manage all schedule related change orders• Work with operations to systemize and integrate shutdown and startup with maintenance schedule• Facilitate schedule quality review with all parties
