Part of the Agile transformation where our IT partners migrated from FedEx's waterfall SDLC. Roles included Product Owner and Product Manager. Duties included helping our Sales Operations team see us and IT as "one big team".Other duties included:* SME and consultant for all things related to Sales structure and how changes to the global FedEx Sales organizations affects customer segmentation, territory structures/definition and customer facing changes.* Several ad hoc analyses using SQL, Python, SAS, PHP to make decisions, prototypes, and reports.* Work with areas such as sales compensation, sales reporting, and sales education on understanding our complex costumer definition and how customers get aligned to Sales professionals.

Duties include: communicate overall Renewal program information to teams, initial point of contact for issues that require escalation, facilitate workshops and SME meetings, and help ensure teams are staying on schedule for activities and deliverables.
