I am the UK Head of Family Business and a Partner at Forvis Mazars; an international organisation specialising in audit, accountancy, advisory, tax & legal services.My main goal is to help family’s structure their business to ensure it has longevity and can survive well into the future. I do this by helping them to understand where they are now, identify their goals and map out a plan that will help them achieve these, whilst addressing any risks along the way. I work with owner-managers and senior executives in businesses where personal financial planning, business planning, succession planning and inter-generational issues are interlinked. In addition to my Family Business role I am responsible for leading the financial planning and wealth management team for our Entrepreneurial Business clients based in Yorkshire, and work closely with our audit, accounting and tax teams to provide a fully joined up approach to ensure that individuals can align their personal and business success.
