Served as Senior Technical Consultant for industry leading Real Estate and Asset Management software company:- Provide all development timelines for key technical deliverables for multiple fortune 500 client implementations- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously- Define project requirements in conjunction with client business stakeholders- Create complex technical specifications for client approval- Ensure all timelines are met for technical deliverables- Serve as escalation point to senior management- Develop complex SQL views- Facilitate environment configuration when required- Develop complex business workflow processes based on client requirements- Integrate software with external vendor systems

Conduct discovery sessions with customer to determine strategic business goals and uncover specific problems. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by thinking strategically to identify solutions to business challenges. Help define marketing success metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s). Develop marketing automation designs that integrate multiple customer data sources and utilize multi-channel message platforms to meet customer’s business needs. Implement solutions with both standard features of selected tools (including ROI’s 5Buckets and Customer Lifecycle Marketing products) as well as existing customer systems (Salesforce.com, ExactTarget, etc.). Provide project management and coordinate efforts by ROI, sub-contractor, and internal customer resources. Provide project status to key customer stakeholders and head up problem resolution to critical issues. Develop test plans to measure marketing automation results and execute tests to insure a quality delivery. Develop customer specific training curriculum for executing marketing and sales processes using new and existing systems. Conduct training on-site and web-based training on ROI products and other supported systems (Salesforce.com, ExactTarget, etc.). Assist sales by performing onsite and web-based product demonstrations. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support on solution deliveries, including the coordination of support efforts with appropriate vendors. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with technology and agency partners on joint sales and deployment efforts.

Provide software testing support for Global Manufacturing and Reliability System (GMARS) at Eli Lilly and Company. Requires in depth knowledge of the IBM MAXIMO COTS software package, including all modules and reporting. Consult on defining system requirements, create test cases and test scripts using validated tools (i.e. Rational Suite and Mercury Quality Center). Interact with Business partners to provide validation and documentation support for quality assurance. Troubleshoot system defects requiring complex problem solving skills. Provide guidance on process improvements and consult on corporate based IT initiatives. Requires advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and standardized software development and testing methodologies.

Serve as an interface between business stake holders and IT deliverables for various corporate projects and objectives. Gather business unit requirements and implement solutions that best serve business needs. Coordinate IT resources for User Acceptance Testing. Document new IT processes and provide end user support. Consult management on technical needs and advise on streamlining of business processes. Support Xerox print resources, responsible for customer and departmental support of the print hardware and other associated peripheral devices. This includes the programs on the printers, building and revising forms, generating and revising fonts and graphics. Monitoring and controlling departmental projects that encompass a vast knowledge of the multiple platforms and internal processing of the Xerox printers.

Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues related to Windows and MAC based machines for Ball State University account and Muncie Area. Work with vendors to obtain best pricing for replacement parts. Troubleshoot and repair any LaserJet printers for entire campus.
