Summit Re-implementation (SRI) was a significant, enterprise-wide project impacting system functionality and the City's business processes related to accounting, finance, and purchasing. As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, Jen was accountable for driving and managing communication and sponsorship, department and business owner engagement, department readiness, and training. During the implementation and post go-live Jen:• Led the overall change management program for the SRI project. She was responsible for the socialization and establishment of the overall change management strategy and execution of the plan• Represented SRI change management at executive, leadership, and targeted stakeholder meetings.• Served as Accenture’s change management expert; provided Accenture methodology and tools, insight into change management best practices for large-scale transformation projects, and guidance on critical change management team implementation phase activities• Worked with executive sponsors, project leadership, and project team members to define and message SRI vision and strategic goals, scope, decisions, priorities, and expectations• Monitored, identified, and escalated issues to project management and executive leadership as appropriate, and worked with key stakeholders to mitigate or resolve issues and risks• Provided guidance and oversight on education and training development and delivery strategy, plan, materials, and communications

Led Change Management effort for Laureate Education, Inc's Latin American Shared Service Organizations (SSOs) through stabilization and optimization phases. Collaborated with Laureate’s Global Finance, HR, IT, and legal to develop a workforce transition strategy for use in Latin America. Defined and launched a change network, tailored to each country in Laureate’s global system and aligned with the global Change Management plan. Developed Change Management Campaigns and managed a Communications team to develop targeted communications for SSC locations and, where possible, for universities. Helped SSOs be globally connected but locally relevant. Established positive working relationships with Laureate counterparts to align Laureate and Excellence in Process (EiP) goals, facilitated EiP workstream activities, and reduced duplicative work efforts. Developed a sustainable change management program to enable Laureate’s ongoing change management goals.

Change Management Lead on Syracuse University's Workday Human Resources and Payroll implementation.

Provided project and change management support for the Human Resource Services project; connected interdepartmental team subprojects to the core project throughout testing and implementation phases. Led multi-level collaboration with shared services department to transition team members into ownership and management of the HRS ERP system and processes post-implementation. Built comprehensive inventory of business processes and developed tracking methodology and metrics for process documentation efforts. Established prioritization protocol, curricula and timeline for knowledge transfer.

Led cross-functional project team implementation of financials and grant management modules. Worked collaboratively on process improvement with other Group Health Cooperative departments including Payroll, Human Resources, Materials Management and Accounts Payable. Developed project management reports and risk mitigation, cutover, go-live and contingency plans. Created user guide and training program. Delivered training to approximately 250 people, including principal investigators.
