As a technology executive, my passion is to create highly successful organizations by leveraging the right technology to optimize business processes, leading to exceptional customer experiences. With this in mind, I’m always paying attention to what “Success” and “Excellence” means as defined by the customer. I bring over thirty years of technology leadership in DoD, Federal Civil, and commercial domains in defining approaches to achieve strategic outcomes. My technical experience as a hands-on engineer through enterprise architecture provides a depth of expertise that I continually add to by staying current on emerging technology and how to apply it properly. From a leadership perspective, I’ve benefited by learning from exceptional people throughout my career, and I’m always reinventing my approaches to learn how to improve. During the last several years, data analytics and forecasting have become crucial tools in my approach. Most organizations have abundant data and have made progress in building reports and dashboards for descriptive/diagnostic analytics. However, it’s not enough to understand historical trends. We must develop accuracy in our models to have confidence in predictive analytics and develop prescriptive models to increase our confidence in achieving our goals. I help organizations understand what it means to be “data-driven” and how to use that data to achieve financial and customer experience success.
