My first hobby - Robotix Toy Set, first sale - Jolly Ranchers to classmates, first sports - Neighborhood Football, and first job - Valet Parking. These experiences still carry with me today with my passion for technology, ability to connect with people for mutual benefit, collaborate with neighbors, partners and allies, and the love for delighting customers through hustle and service. I've been fortunate to have such great mentors in my life and in return do my best to pay it back with the same spirit of a mission I established for a student organization in college - "Invest in People for Enduring Returns". I aspire to the philosophy that PROGRESS is more important than PERFECTION, and it is not where you start, but were you are headed that matters the most.Finally, I've learned tremendous lessons through great career opportunities that have shaped the person I am today:- Launched NI's first "real" modular instruments into market in 2003 dubbed internally as the Suite Six- Launched several RF & Wireless test products including high performance VSA and VST taking significant market share from industry incumbents- Launched Tek's 2nd generation of Isolated probe, IsoVu, and more than doubled the business in 2 years- Lead the integration of my first acquisition experience and relocated to Denmark for 1.5 years, followed on by five more acquisition experiences.- Lead an amazing and fast growing team that more than tripled product line revenue in a 4 year span.- Became an entrepreneur within a large company by pioneering new strategic partnership strategies to deliver innovative solutions to market.- Lead a Go-To-Market transformation with a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, support, and operations in a pivot from product line focus to more customer centric industry focus.As I continue my journey of being Bold, being Kind, and being a Connector, I'd love to connect with like minded people that have a passion for servant leadership and product management/marketing.
