- Program and process management including customer planning, ROB and data quality (250+ employees)- Support AHQ leadership team and subsidiary sales teams with analysis, processes and tools. Support given to all subsidiaries around Latam.- Requirements gathering, design and implementation of business intelligence initiatives (tools, reports, processes)- Executive and Seller level communications (design and execution) - Process management and support: revenue allocation, reports for budgeting and forecasting- Preparation and data consolidation of the Quarterly Business Review, Monthly Business Review and Mid-Year review Decks for all Latam subsidiaries.

Caribbean And Central America

- Lead the design and delivery of business specific reporting; in charge of developing technologies used for the Customer Relationship Management of the area- Manager of the data quality and data profiling team (3 members), including tasks to assure accuracy of the customers in data bases, guiding and performance review of the team. - Data analysis to provide concise data to help decision-makers within each subsidiary. Data provided to managers and leads on 8 different subsidiaries. - Generate, facilitate and support the business and subsidiaries in his different processes such as CPE (Customer and Partner Experience) and different processes regarding the CRM and business sales experience.- Data Base Management and complex queries in SQL (Processes, ETL, Views and Stored Procedures)
