I am also responsible for… Show more I am part of a platform project that serves clients across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ireland, working as a project manager. In this role, I oversee the overall functioning of the project in several cities. My responsibilities include financial management, account management, onboarding new partners, active communication with clients, closing deals, managing day-to-day operations, and addressing the current needs of clients and partners in the respective cities. I am also responsible for the growth and overall operation of these locations. Within this project, I have successfully expanded into a new city and built it from the ground up.Additionally, I am part of a team that recruits new colleagues for our project, conducting all interview stages with the candidates. I also focus on the development of a more junior colleague, passing on my experience and teaching him the fundamentals of project management. I provide support and ensure that he succeeds in all aspects of his work, including client and partner communication and managing assigned locations. Previously, I successfully trained another colleague, helping him acquire the skills necessary to lead his part of the project effectively.Furthermore, I contributed to the preparation, processing, and implementation of the DAC7 directive from the European Union into our platform as well as our sister platform. I am also part of a team currently implementing AI technologies into our processes and their automation.Lastly, I contribute to the overall improvement and advancement of our project, whether through minor adjustments to our processes, spreadsheets, or proposing modifications to our internal system.
