Maintain daily record of transactions in process. -Obtain internal, mandatory requirements on each loan including but not limited to IRS tax returns, UCC documents, and Certificates of good standing.-Preparation of records for Note Modifications, and Collateral Substitution/Release.-Communicate with other members of central loan processing and lending staff regarding status of loan requests and missing information required from the lender or borrower. -Works as a back-up paralender when any team member is absent.
